Shipping Policy

Warehouse: Starting from October 31, 2025, all orders shipped from our warehouse in Netherland & Germany.

Order Processing: 1-3 business days to pack and dispatch your parcel.

Delivery Time: 3-7 Business Days after order processed.

No Refunds After Shipping: Once your package has been shipped, we do not offer any refunds!

Delivery Failure: We do not offer refunds for failed deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address or if the recipient is unavailable and the parcel is returned.
